This is one of the best guided for anxiety that I have used. I use it in conjunction with short (5 min) mindfulness meditation sessions and it really does make me feel somewhat more relaxed and less panicky. On a purely sensory level it is also very nice because Jennifer Polle has a very kind, reassuring, melodious voice and the background music/nature sounds serves as a wonderful backdrop to it.
